Page Tools More. Managing your Academy The Academy system eases game play for new players in addition to creating a method for long-term clan expansion. Clans level 5 and above may create an Academy. Any character, level 39 or below, who has not yet joined a clan and has not yet completed the second class transfer may join an Academy.
The maximum number of members in an Academy is 20. The clan leader can create an Academy through NPCs who are in charge of clan-related activities (a High Priest, Grand Master, etc.). Note that dismissing an Academic from the Academy does not penalize the clan in any way. An Academic can be dismissed with the clan suffering a 24 hour penalty and as such can immediately re invite new academics within it's Academy.
Benefits and Withdrawal of Academy Members When an Academy member completes his/her second class transfer, the member will receive a commemorative item. The Grand Master NPC of the member’s own class will award the commemorative item automatically upon the completion of the second class transfer. The member is then automatically withdrawn from the Academy, and will not receive a penalty for re-joining a clan. Each time an academic graduates from the clan's academy upon completion of his/her second class change, the clan will be awarded Reputation Points who can go up to 400 points depending on the lvl on which the academic joined. Academy members may use clan chat and alliance chat. By default, Academy members may use the clan hall and castle owned by the clan just like any other clan member. To create a clan, you need to talk to your guildmaster NPC. Level 10 and above. A character doesn't belong to any clan. It's been more than 10 days since the previous clan has been dissolved. A clan can be dissolved from the same NPCs (see above). Choose the corresponding option in the NPC dialogue and confirm you wish to dissolve your clan.
It takes seven calendar days to dissolve a clan. During the period you can still cancel the process. Clan skills are restricted until the dissolution occurs, but clan chat and clan bulletin boards may still be used. A clan cannot be dissolved when involved in a clan war. If a war is not accepted, the clan can still be dissolved. Members who leave the clan during those seven days will still be unable to join any other clan for one calendar day, but once the clan is dissolved the members who remained can join other clans immediately. Any property belonging to a clan will be transferred to NPCs once it's been dissolved.

Clan management interface Managing clan privileges Clan privileges are divided into 5 levels (each of them can be assigned to any specific clan member) and 3 ranks: clan leader, elite clan members and just clan members.
